The Web Designer will create and design web pages, digital assets, and products for Crossroads, utilizing current brand standards and developing new ones. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and leaders to distill complex messaging into singular web page experiences.

- Utilize current brand standards and develop new ones

- Push the team into the future by leveraging technology and communication trends
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design/Digital Design or Equivalent
- 2+ years of work experience in digital design
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Basic Javascript, NextJS, Bootstrap, GitHub, Figma/Sketch/XD, Photoshop/Illustrator
