UX Designer - Manchester, UK - Fulltime- Hybrid

The role involves supporting the continuous improvement of the digital user experience across multiple channels by defining interactivity and design solutions that balance user needs with business goals. This includes working across the entire product lifecycle, translating research insights into concepts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work within the UX Design team to support the continuous improvement of the digital user experience
• Help define the interactivity and design on various products, proposing solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to come up with solutions, driving vision and strategy for products
• Rapidly sketch and prototype ideas, as well as designing the finer details of an interaction or component
• Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, Consumer Duty

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer-focused digital projects
• Familiarity with current design philosophies, Lean UX, Design Sprint, design thinking, etc.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops and brainstorm initial design concepts
• Ability to create interactive prototypes using Figma or in the browser with HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of interface and interaction design, prototyping, and wireframing
• BA in Graphic Design or related area
