Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product discovery/service design experience
- Proven ability to structure ambiguity, run discovery, and turn insights into clear, actionable briefs
- Comfort with data and research
- Facilitation mastery
- Working fluency in Figma for low-fi artefacts and prototypes
- Excellent communication
- Familiarity with financial services and regulated contexts
