The Product Designer will collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and solve real user problems by partnering with Product Managers, engineers, and other designers to shape solutions. Responsibilities include running research, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and designing engaging experiences that boost onboarding, adoption, and retention.

- Work with team to spot opportunities and solve real user problems
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and other designers to shape great solutions
- Run research, map user journeys, and bring ideas to life with prototypes
- Design clear, engaging experiences that drive onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Help keep design system consistent and evolving
- Share ideas, test fast, and keep improving how we design at Sana
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio
- Experience shipping for both desktop and mobile
- Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and using data to improve designs
- Strong service design mindset
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions
- Hands-on with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Curious and experimental mindset
- Experience leading workshops and bringing different voices into the process
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
