The role involves working on mortgage credit journeys, simplifying complex flows while ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing lead time for contracting. Responsibilities include conducting end-to-end research, designing refined interfaces, contributing to the Design System, and connecting user insights with business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Growth, and Data teams
- Monitor activation metrics and propose continuous improvements
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research autonomously, from planning to analysis
- Design refined flows, prototypes, and interfaces with consistent motion design
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and maintain interface consistency
- Perform autonomous handoffs and validate solutions with development teams
- Connect user demands with business opportunities
- Design tagging plans and monitor experience metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, Advertising, or related fields
- Extensive experience in UX/Product Design
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Experience with agile design methodologies
- Availability for in-person work in Sao Paulo
- Technical UX writing skills for screens that drive conversion
- Case studies demonstrating work with complex products and visual design expertise
- Personal maturity to handle multiple stakeholders, areas, and executives
- Experience presenting solutions and negotiating with senior leadership
