The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the entire design process from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes, focusing on evolving the design system into a reusable, modular component library. Key duties include transforming complex AI-driven data into intuitive dashboards and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Scalable Design Systems: Lead the evolution of our design system by building a reusable, modular component library
- Data Visualization: Transform complex AI-driven data into intuitive, actionable dashboards
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers
Requirements
- 6+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
- Startup mindset
- Technical mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
- Systems thinking
- Product sense
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to solve complex workflow problems
