The Graphic Designer supports various ABC Supply divisions and field teams by creating high-quality, on-brand creative assets like flyers, signage, presentations, and digital materials in a fast-paced environment. This role also involves participating in larger, strategic enterprise marketing initiatives across print, digital, and experiential channels.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and sales materials to support divisions and field requests, including flyers, signage, presentations, event materials, local promotions, and digital assets
• Respond effectively in a fast-paced, on-demand environment while managing shifting priorities and deadlines
• Partner closely with stakeholders across divisions and the field to understand goals, timelines, and audiences, ensuring designs are both effective and practical
• Deliver timely, accurate work while maintaining ABC brand standards
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously, demonstrating accountability for deadlines and deliverables
• Support enterprise-level marketing campaigns and initiatives across print, digital, and experiential channels
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to execute creative aligned with business objectives
• Contribute design support for corporate communications, internal initiatives, brand campaigns, and customer-facing programs
• Apply and help protect ABC's visual identity across all touchpoints
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, working with internal and external partners as needed
• Organize and maintain design files and assets within established systems and processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners at all levels of the organization
• Receive and incorporate feedback constructively while offering thoughtful design recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (corporate or agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
