
VP – Communications Manager - Senior Graphic Designer – CCB Communications, Consumer Banking

This role involves leading the visual expression of strategy and priorities through high-impact executive presentations and owning/evolving the internal visual identity for CCB Communications. The individual will act as a trusted creative advisor, setting visual standards and driving the evolution of internal communication visuals at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive presentation design for CCB Communications, setting visual and storytelling standards for senior-level communications
- Design and shape presentations used in high-stakes leadership forums and internal- and external-facing events
- Own and evolve the internal visual identity and brand system for CCB Communications
- Define visual frameworks, templates, and design principles that enable scalable, repeatable, and high-quality internal communications
- Partner with senior communications leaders and business executives to translate complex strategies, priorities, and data into clear, compelling executive narratives
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional design experience in an agency or corporate communications environment
- Demonstrated mastery of executive presentation design
- Proven experience owning or evolving an internal visual identity or brand system within a complex organization
- Strong command of narrative structure, information hierarchy, and executive-level visual judgment
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint as a primary presentation design tool
- Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, composition, and color usage
