Sr. Associate, Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with pursuit associates and project teams to develop strategic input for graphics and layouts for proposals and presentations, while also working with communications teams to create graphics for social media, email, and advertising.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with pursuit associates and internal project teams to develop strategic input for graphics and page layouts
- Prepare project site utilization and phasing plans
- Collaboration with the communications, multimedia, and events team to develop social media, email, website, and advertising/video graphics
- Guide all projects in accordance with the HITT Brand Identity Style Guide
- Create custom graphics for external and internal events, and project-related events
Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree in Graphic Design (Digital Media, Communication Arts, or Visual Technology)
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
