Product Designer

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing complex, multi-step consumer flows across mobile and web platforms, transforming complicated logic and decisions into clear, intuitive user journeys. This role requires owning the design work end-to-end, from problem definition through shipped product, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Sweat the details around states, errors, and moments where users might get confused
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage data, and real-world behavior
Requirements
- 3â5 years of product design experience on consumer products
- Strong foundation in design thinking, craft, and execution
- Proven experience designing complex workflows with multiple steps, conditions, and outcomes
- Comfortable designing products with high cognitive load and reducing friction without oversimplifying
