This role involves leading discovery and design thinking workshops, conducting user research, defining user journeys, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs using AI-powered tools. The designer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype concepts and validate solutions through testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to discovery and design thinking workshops
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and UX audits
- Define user journeys, task flows, and interaction models
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs in Figma
- Apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across responsive web and mobile
- Strong UX/UI fundamentals
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate product design, prototyping, and experimentation
- Deep understanding of AI’s role in design
- Fluency in user journey mapping, task flows, and wireframing
