Senior UX Researcher

The Senior UX Researcher will partner across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics from discovery through post-launch optimization, leading complex studies and translating insights into strategic product direction. This role involves owning the research roadmap for a product area, aligning studies with business objectives, and ensuring insights drive decisions for scientists purchasing necessary products.
Responsibilities
- Align research initiatives with business objectives and product OKRs
- Design and execute studies across the research spectrum
- Embed continuous-discovery practices by maintaining a research backlog
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build strong feedback loops between research and development cycles
- Communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to research operations by helping refine processes and templates
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX research experience
- Fluency in qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Strong ability to select the right method for each research question
- Demonstrated ability to translate research findings into product outcomes
- Experience working embedded with cross-functional product teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, or related field
