The role involves owning the qualitative and quantitative User Experience Research (UXR) roadmap for project areas, partnering with UXRs to conduct foundational and iterative research, and formulating research questions with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include creating scalable frameworks to understand user needs and developing insights to innovate on existing and new products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research, including field studies, interviews, diary studies, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis
- Partner with UXRs to conduct foundational and iterative research
- Own your qualitative and quantitative UXR roadmap for project areas with horizontal and vertical impact
- Work with stakeholders to formulate research questions and impact product strategy and design through research/analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, including usability testing, log analysis, and surveys
