The Senior UX Researcher will identify key research opportunities to influence product and company strategy, and design and execute complex, multi-method studies to uncover user needs and behaviors. They will synthesize findings into actionable insights, communicate them to cross-functional teams, and drive the growth of the research discipline through mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Identify key research opportunities that address critical knowledge gaps and influence both product and company strategy
- Design and execute multimethod research studies to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to cross-functional teams
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into product development
Requirements
- Native or C1-level German proficiency
- A portfolio showcasing your work
- Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience conducting user research in product-driven tech companies
