The role involves creating high-quality digital assets for paid media, e-commerce, social media, CRM, and email campaigns, ensuring visuals are aspirational and performance-focused. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative assets aligned with commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality digital assets for paid media, e-commerce, social media, CRM, and email campaigns
  • Design visuals for product launches, seasonal drops, and marketing campaigns that are aspirational and performance-focused
  • Ensure all assets are optimised for platform requirements, formats, and engagement
  • Collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing teams to produce visuals that support conversion and revenue growth
  • Use data and performance insights to refine creative output and improve effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Social and PR to deliver cohesive, on-brand visuals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume eCommerce environment developing multiple identities for launch drops, product spotlights and content focuses
  • Deliver creative assets on time and aligned with brand and commercial priorities
  • Stay current on design, fashion, and digital trends, especially in global and Middle Eastern markets
  • Explore new creative tools and approaches to keep Club L London's digital presence fresh, relevant, and engaging
  • Support the integration of AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (at least 2 years) as a graphic or digital designer, ideally in fashion, luxury, or eCommerce
  • Strong hands-on digital design skills across paid media, e-commerce, social, and email
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to create visually compelling content that drives results
  • Highly organised and adaptable, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines across international time zones
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, balancing creativity with commercial impact
  • High energy and full of ideas
