Graphic Designer - Textile & Creative Support
Brainbox 🇵🇭 Angeles, Central Luzon, Philippines
The role involves interpreting design briefs and mood boards to develop polished 2D artwork and refine textile pattern designs primarily using Adobe Illustrator. Additionally, the designer will support creative coordination by organizing visual references and creating look books and presentation decks for client approval.
Responsibilities
- Interpret design briefs, mood boards, and concept inspirations into polished 2D artwork
- Develop and refine textile pattern designs using Adobe Illustrator
- Create multiple artwork iterations based on internal and client feedback
- Ensure colour accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand direction
- Prepare artwork files ready for presentation and production
- Organise and group visual references by colour, theme, and design direction
- Create look books, presentation decks, and visual catalogues
- Assist in preparing artwork presentations for client approval
- Maintain organised digital libraries of design assets and files
- Manage file versioning and documentation
- Assist with internal coordination for artwork approvals
- Support general design-related administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (textile, pattern, or print design experience is an advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into structured visual outputs
- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition and layout, and vector artwork creation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
- Comfortable working with international (AU) clients
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
