Motion Graphic Designer

The role involves designing and producing engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms and editing raw footage into polished video content like explainers and promotional reels. This person will collaborate with internal teams to meet visual communication needs while ensuring all multimedia aligns with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and product demos
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished video content, including explainer videos, promotional reels, and corporate materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to understand visual communication needs and deliver creative solutions
• Assist in designing static assets such as web banners and simple layouts when motion/video project volume is low
• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and video tools to keep content fresh and impactful
• Manage project timelines efficiently and ensure timely delivery of content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in motion design or video editing with a strong showreel/portfolio
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing tools
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and basic graphic tasks
• Basic proficiency in static banner or graphic design (no advanced branding or layout work required)
• Understanding of pacing, audio syncing, transitions, and storytelling in video formats
