The Staff Product Designer will lead product design for flagship features, driving the end-to-end user experience from research and prototyping through polished interfaces across image, video, 3D, and audio workflows. This senior role involves setting design quality bars, evolving the design system, and mentoring other designers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product design for flagship features

  • Collaborate with VP of Product and VP of Engineering
  • Champion accessibility and craft

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product/UX design experience
  • At least 2 years designing complex creator or B2B SaaS tools
  • Mastery of Figma, Storybook, and Material UI
  • Rapid prototyping and design-system thinking
  • Fluency in user-centered research methods
  • Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional partners in an agile, fast-moving startup environment
