Product Designer

The Product Designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web, mobile, and email, focusing on elevating key touchpoints to build clarity and trust. This role also involves using AI tools to accelerate research and ideation, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Product & User Experience Design: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect each brandâs identity while contributing to a cohesive ecosystem
- Design responsive, accessible experiences across web, mobile (web and native app), and transactional email
- Elevate key touchpoints (order confirmations, password resets, etc.) into moments that build clarity and trust
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in every solution
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user testing platforms such as Usertesting.com
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
