The role focuses on leading the creation of exceptional user experiences and global product design within the M&S Accelerator, emphasizing user needs, clear interfaces, and improved interaction design based on feedback and research. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing explorations using Human-Centered Design, and ensuring consistency by contributing to Sanofi's Design System.
Responsibilities
- Focus on User Needs â Use feedback and research to shape designs that solve real problems
- Design Clear and User-Friendly Interfaces â Create simple, intuitive, and visually cohesive experiences
- Improve Interaction and Usability â Design smooth UI workflows and UI elements that help users get things done efficiently
- Design Explorations on HCD â Create and refine rapid design prototypes to explore ideas, test with users, and optimize designs
- Collaborate with Teams â Work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
Requirements
- Proven expertise in end-to-end UX/UI design for employee-facing solutions
- Deep experience in designing scalable, user-centered solutions for complex environments
- Mastery of Figma for high-fidelity design, prototyping, and seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable design strategies
- Proven success navigating large-scale, global ecosystems â balancing user goals and business objectives
