The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for leading and crafting UX project deliverables across all design phases, including running workshops, research, usability testing, and creating artifacts like journey maps and wireframes. This role requires ensuring customer needs and client requirements are fully understood and met by the proposed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and running product definition and UX requirements workshops
- Scoping and managing qualitative and quantitative research
- Analyzing research data to identify meaningful insights and behavioral patterns
- Using design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas for new experiences, propositions, products, and services
- Creating design artifacts, such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
Requirements
- Significant proven experience, ideally at an agency
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality, best-in-class UX design
- Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
- Experience owning the full UX process, including running discovery phases and solving complex problems using design-thinking methods and techniques
- Solid information, interaction, and experience design skills
- Ability to understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements
