Senior Product Designer (12 month contract)

The Senior Product Designer will lead growth-focused design initiatives across activation, engagement, retention, and conversion, translating complex problems into intuitive experiences that measurably move metrics. They will drive the full design process from discovery through launch, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product strategy by framing problems and evaluating tradeoffs.
Responsibilities

- Design and support experiments with a bias toward learning
- Mentor and support the growth of other designers
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences
- Strong interaction, visual, and systems-thinking skills
- Highly collaborative and able to communicate ideas clearly
- Experience with AI tooling and social, dating, or community-driven products is a plus
