- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals with exceptional attention to detail
- Use and improve our lightweight design system components
- Communicate design decisions with clarity, inviting feedback while holding a strong vision
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing high-quality products in fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles
- Experience with prototyping in Figma and beyond
- Ability to lead projects independently — from discovery to shipping
- Pragmatic mindset: balance design quality with speed, business goals, and technical constraints
