This Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design for a modern, multi-tenant SaaS platform, focusing on harmonizing capabilities into a cohesive customer experience portal. Responsibilities include owning discovery, interaction design, visual design, and evolving the design system while partnering with engineering and product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for a modern, multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Conduct customer discovery, usability testing, and workflow research to deeply understand user needs
- Translate complex operational and regulated workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces
- Design high-fidelity UI and interaction systems in Figma
- Build and evolve a scalable design system across the platform
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in user research, workflow mapping, and customer discovery
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality UI design and interaction systems
- Deep expertise in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms with complex operational workflows
