The Product Designer will embed within a product squad, partnering with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists to oversee the user experience of advertising products from concept through launch and subsequent improvement. This role involves driving concepts and decisions to meet revenue generation goals focused on the 'Quests' ad product.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a product squad and partner with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists to oversee the user experience of a product from concept to launch
- Understand company and team goals focused on revenue generation through the unique ad product "Quests" and drive concepts and decisions in service of reaching those goals and milestones
- Present designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus and drive alignment around your work
- Create wireframes, beautiful mockups, amazing prototypes, and help implement designs to pixel perfection
- Test, learn, and iterate on everything you do alongside partners
Requirements
- 2+ years experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms
- Direct experience in, or a strong passion for, combining business acumen, systems thinking, and design craft to create compelling advertising experiences
- Experience individually contributing to designing end-to-end experiences within a cross-functional team
- Strong product thinking and vision
- Experience with Figma

- US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $180,000
