PRODUCT DESIGNER JUNIOR

The role involves integrating the UX team to create digital experiences impacting 2.5 million PJ (business) clients, evolving autonomy on complex projects and developing a more strategic design vision while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Daily tasks include conducting user research, creating prototypes in Figma, applying the Design System, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and validating implementations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative research with users and usability testing
- Create and prototype solutions using Figma
- Apply and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency and quality
- Present solutions to stakeholders and defend design decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centered solutions
Requirements
- Experience in UX design
- Ability to work autonomously on projects of greater complexity
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of information architecture and design systems
