Senior Product Designer

The role involves owning the end-to-end product design process, from research and concepting through prototyping and final UI, translating complex requirements into simple, engaging user experiences. Responsibilities also include building design systems in Figma, collaborating cross-functionally, and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design processâfrom research and concepting to prototyping and final UI
- Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and highly engaging experiences
- Build interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and deliver high-quality experiences at speed
- Conduct and synthesize user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Champion a user-centered design approach while balancing business goals
- Contribute to product vision and strategy, bringing fresh perspectives on community engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing for gamified communities, social products, or platforms that drive engagement and retention
- Strong grasp of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices
- Ability to create polished, production-ready designs while iterating quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
