The Product Designer will be responsible for designing campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients and continuously evaluating their effectiveness, while also constantly improving existing bank products. This role involves researching and analyzing client behavior using various techniques to identify and improve customer satisfaction drivers.

- Identify weaknesses and strengths in customer journeys and improve areas that significantly increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in design, analysis, and research
- Ability to see the assigned area through the eyes of the client and understand their needs
- Creativity with analytical skills
- Basic experience with product design, process design, or distribution channels
- Ability to obtain feedback from the end-user on the developed product/service or concept
