This senior role involves guiding UX design practices across the Ministry of Social and Family Development cluster, requiring both hands-on design expertise and leadership in cross-ministry initiatives. The designer will work closely with senior stakeholders on multiple projects spanning citizen-facing applications and case management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-ministry design initiatives
- Work with senior stakeholders across multiple projects and teams
- Develop and implement design strategies
- Collaborate with ITG teams, vendors, and external partners
- Interface regularly with stakeholders from different ministry divisions
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive UX/UI design experience
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Proven track record of leading design initiatives across multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Experience in government, enterprise, or large-scale organizational settings
