
The role involves handling daily campaign design and conversion optimization work, including creating landing pages, ad creative, and A/B test treatments at velocity. Responsibilities also include monitoring industry best practices for ads creative trends and setting up testing pages using platforms like VWO.
Responsibilities
- Design ad variants for display, social, and paid campaigns
- Build conversion-optimized treatments for landing pages, CTAs, and forms
- Create campaign-specific page variants aligned with marketing goals
- Rapidly generate ad creative concepts and variations
- Monitor and research industry's best ads creative trends
- Stay current on conversion design patterns and CRO best practices
- Apply learnings from industry trends to campaign designs
- Set up testing pages and design treatment tests (training provided on VWO platform)
- Create A/B test variants and multivariate experiments
- Analyze test results and iterate designs based on performance data
Requirements
- 1-2 years of UI/UX or digital marketing design experience
- Strong Figma skills for landing pages and ad creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of conversion design principles (CTAs, forms, hierarchy)
- Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts and data-driven design
- Ability to work fast with multiple campaigns
- Portfolio showing campaign or marketing-focused design
