Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end visual design efforts from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA teams
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide informed design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Ensure design consistency across products using pattern libraries and design systems
- Champion user-centered design principles and promote iterative design processes
- Present and explain design concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and foster design knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- 4ā7 years of experience in UX/UI or visual design
- Strong UX/UI or visual design experience, ideally within large-scale or government systems
- A portfolio showcasing your design process from research to implementation
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Comfortable working within Agile development environments
