
The role involves supporting the design and delivery of an LLM-based productivity tool for a Corporate & Investment Bank, defining product strategy for AI governance tools, and leading business analysis for AI lifecycle management platforms. Key tasks include applying data modeling to streamline AI processes, managing end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Waterfall, and presenting solution designs to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and shape the roadmap for AI governance tools and capabilities
- Lead business analysis and requirements gathering for AI lifecycle management platforms, ensuring userâfriendly, clear, and actionable functional specifications
- Apply data modelling and workflow design to streamline AI useâcase onboarding, governance steps, and lifecycle processes, improving efficiency and timeâtoâmarket
- Manage endâtoâend project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, coordinating crossâfunctional teams and tracking progress in Jira or similar tools
- Present solution designs and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly explaining usability, value, and regulatory impact; support acceptance testing to validate user experience
- Enhance overall user experience by resolving product/process queries, collecting feedback, and informing UI/UX improvements based on user behaviour insights
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
- Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating complex regulations into intuitive product features
- Proficiency in data modelling, workflow optimisation, and designing clear, userâcentric processes for AI governance tools
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, Responsible AI concepts, and emerging regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act
- Experience in project management, including Agile and Waterfall delivery, stakeholder coordination, and tracking in Jira or similar tools
