UI/UX Designer (Malta)

The designer will be responsible for creating user-centric interfaces for casino, sportsbook, and gamified environments, including wireframes and high-fidelity designs. They will also optimize player journeys to improve engagement, retention, and conversion while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for casino, sportsbook, and gamified environments
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and product strategy
• Optimise player journeys to improve engagement, retention, and conversion
• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, and Development teams
• Conduct usability testing and apply data-driven improvements
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI consistency across platforms
• Ensure seamless implementation of designs with front-end teams

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile product design
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools
• Understanding of player engagement mechanics and UX best practices
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
