Responsibilities also include facilitating workshops, ensuring consistent user experiences, and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape product design strategies with a focus on user-centered design
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to uncover valuable insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experiences
- Mentor and support junior designers
Requirements
- 4 - 7 years of experience in UX or Product Design
- Portfolio showcasing work across various design stages and complexities
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
