The Graphic Designer will serve as a brand champion, implementing and maintaining high design standards across all marketing deliverables, providing creative leadership for layout and production. This role involves creating, designing, and producing various print and online marketing materials while managing the entire visual identity and design process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production
- Provide creative leadership and direction on design, layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages
- Manage the visual identity and entire design process from start to end
- Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertising, proposal emails and websites, postcards, maps, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met
- Large-format/environment design and installation coordination
- Meet with teams to define project requirements and offer creative marketing solutions, producing marketing materials to the clientsâ satisfaction
Requirements
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience
- 1+ years of experience in online design, advertising, and email marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in either Commercial or Residential real estate is a plus
