Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop polished visual concepts rooted in strong design principles, including layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Create digital assets for a wide range of channels, including retail, DTC, paid social, and brand marketing
• Apply typography, color theory, and cohesive visual systems to produce high-impact creative
• Build holistic style guides that enable 3D designers and photographers to produce consistent, on-brand imagery
• Develop both static and motion assets with an emphasis on clarity, storytelling, and visual consistency

Requirements

• A 2- or 4-year degree in Visual, Web, Graphic Design, or related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proven ability to create concept-driven work with clear rationale and strong visual storytelling
• Strong foundational understanding of brand identity systems and experience applying them across varied touchpoints
• Familiarity with Meta ad best practices, including short-form video, dynamic creative, and conversion-focused design
