The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative execution of all digital deliverables, assisting with production on revolving projects like eCommerce updates, social assets, email development, and print collateral. Key duties include managing production workflow, maintaining file organization, and collaborating with various internal teams on consumer-facing creative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide design production support on site content, email, social, digital media banners, and printed media
- Work closely with the Copywriter & CRM team to own email creation process from brief to completion
- Collaborate with the Social team to retouch, edit, and create custom social content across all social channels
- Support the print designer with printed materials such as pamphlets, packaging, in-store graphics, etc.
- Execute creative assets for campaign toolkits
- Manage projects within Workfront (Project Management System)
- Provide graphic design support to Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams
- Develop creative design concepts and execute upon agency and internal concepts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner, delivering high-quality work within established deadlines
- Maintain style guide for consistency in branding across all Marketing channels (online and offline)
- Stay current on emerging digital trends and share relevant innovations with the team
- Create illustrations for iconography and special projects (e.g., pin designs, postcards, custom graphics)
- Edit video content using After Effects and Premiere
