Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for bridging high-level aesthetic concepts with technical execution, crafting high-stakes presentations, and designing responsive email campaigns to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Key tasks include designing mobile-first email templates, transforming data into compelling visuals in presentation software, and creating high-fidelity imagery using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing, mobile-first email templates and digital assets
- Transform complex data and narratives into visually compelling stories using Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Produce high-fidelity imagery, social graphics, and UI components using Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Prepare and optimize imagery for the web, ensuring a perfect balance between visual quality and site performance/load speeds
- Maintain mastery over design fundamentals to ensure all outputs align with brand standards
- Utilize a basic understanding of HTML/CSS to troubleshoot design implementation and collaborate effectively with front-end developers
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- A deep, instinctual understanding of layout, white space, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience in Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of web standards, responsive design principles, and basic HTML/CSS capabilities
- Extreme attention to detail
- Willingness to share a portfolio of prior work
