Visual Content Designer (Graphic Designer)

This role involves designing creative assets for digital, social media, website, email, and print platforms to support corporate and community-level marketing initiatives. Key duties include developing various marketing collateral and ensuring strict brand consistency across all visual deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Digital & Social Design: Design creative assets for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising
• Print & Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and sales materials
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
• Creating platform-optimized social graphics aligned with current trends
• Supporting campaign concepting and visual storytelling
• Producing event and community marketing materials
• Preparing press-ready files for print production
• Ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables
• Maintaining and enforcing brand standards
• Managing multiple creative projects and deadlines

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience designing for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate and incorporate feedback
