Graphic Designer
Serenity Mental Health Centers Remote (🇺🇸 Sandy Springs, Georgia, United States of America)
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital and print channels, including social media, email campaigns, website assets, and print materials like brochures and signage. This role also requires assisting in the development of brand-consistent visuals and integrating AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website assets, and digital ads
- Assist in creating print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage
- Support the development of brand-consistent visual content across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative briefs to life
- Prepare and optimize image files for web and print production
- Maintain organized design files and follow brand guidelines and templates
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
- Perform photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Stay current on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices
- Explore and integrate AI design tools into creative workflows to accelerate production and ideation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- A portfolio demonstrating creative range and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI-powered design and creative tools
