The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with business development and operations teams to prepare materials for client solicitations, RFQs, RFPs, and interviews, focusing on designing advanced graphics and multimedia for large, complex proposals. Responsibilities also include developing creative presentations, leading storyboarding, creating branded documents, and collaborating with subject matter experts to illustrate technical information.
Responsibilities
- Designing advanced graphics and multimedia for large, complex, and must-win proposals
- Partnering with proposal managers and capture managers on must-win pursuits
- Developing creative, custom presentations and leading storyboarding and content planning
- Creating documents and presentations for print and digital formats
- Producing branded and custom graphics, templates, and illustrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Highly proficient in designing and managing content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of graphic design/marketing best practices and procedures
- Knowledge of how to visually convey messages, themes, discriminators, and responses to evaluation criteria
