Product Designer
Omnissa Remote (š§š¬ Sofia, Sredec, Bulgaria)
The Product Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, and delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences via wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Key duties also involve partnering with UX Research to conduct studies and contributing to the company's design system to ensure visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and design leadership to define project goals and desired outcomes
- Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences, spanning wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Lead design projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring user needs and business objectives are met
- Partner with Design Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate design seamlessly into product development
- Follow existing design patterns to ensure a cohesive design across products in Omnissaās portfolio
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Product Designer in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and case studies
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with design systems, UI patterns, usability, and interaction design principles
- Knowledge of UX research methods, with the ability to incorporate research into design
