Senior Product Designer - Chairside and Product Lines Team

The role involves designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end experiences for core workflows like scanning and ordering within Dandy's flagship product, Chairside, taking ownership from exploration through final UI handoff. Designers will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and peers to ensure designs are clear, usable, and feasible while adhering to technical and operational constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship high-impact workflows
• Take ownership of scoped problem areas or features, executing designs from early exploration through final UI and handoff
• Ensure designs are clear, usable, and feasible within real technical and operational constraints
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams
• Participate in critiques and design reviews
• Communicate design decisions clearly, grounding them in user needs and product goals
• Learn from users and data

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong execution, clear problem framing, and the ability to work within constraints
• Experience designing complex workflows or systems
• Strong fundamentals in interaction design, visual design, and usability
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and incorporating feedback without losing clarity
• Strong communication skills
