
UX Designer

The UX Designer will have a broad role responsible for the entire product experience and quality, working across all UX disciplines from insight and problem understanding to concepts, flows, IA, prototypes, and user testing, including involvement during development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to design and implement UX solutions
- Designing with scalability in mind and contributing to the design system
- Creating simple, intuitive experiences in complex spaces
- Working on a range of projects, from insight and idea to implementation
- Helping facilitate idea generation with stakeholders
- Presenting and arguing for design decisions, internally and to clients
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Designer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Figma (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work collaboratively with the development team
- Understanding of design principles and human-centered design
