Product Designer - SaaS (Mid-Level)

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, build, and evolve SaaS products, while influencing product strategy by articulating a coherent UX vision based on user needs and business objectives. Responsibilities also include advocating for the user, designing for scalability, contributing to the design system, and creating intuitive experiences within complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with designers, user researchers, product managers, and engineers to plan, design, build and evolve products
- Influencing strategy for a product area by articulating a coherent UX vision
- Advocating for the user and crafting UX solutions that meet critical business objectives
- Working on a range of projects on different platforms
- Helping facilitate idea generation with stakeholders
- Designing with scalability in mind and contributing to the design system
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer
- Robust case studies showcasing deep interaction and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating and using design systems
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent understanding of design principles
- Detail-oriented and passionate about the craft
