Senior Product Designer - India

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design for key product areas, driving work from initial exploration through launch and iteration while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This role also involves leading design explorations to inform product strategy and mentoring junior designers to uphold high design quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Own design for a product area or multiple features, driving work from early exploration through launch and iteration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Content to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver solutions
- Lead design explorations that inform product strategy, using research insights, competitive analysis, and design intuition
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex design challenges
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design, responsive patterns, and platform conventions
