Senior Product Designer

The role involves creating thoughtful end-to-end user experiences that simplify complexity and unify interactions across the platform, owning the entire design execution from ideation through implementation support. This includes partnering closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to deliver features aligned with business priorities and advocating for user needs through research and data.
Responsibilities
- Create thoughtful end-to-end user experiences that simplify complexity and unify interactions across our platform
- Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design executionâfrom ideation, to prototyping, user testing, final design, and implementation support
- Partner closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to design and deliver features that align with the businessâ top priorities
- Conduct research with customers as needed, synthesizing insights and broadcasting findings across the organization
- Advocate for the UX needs of our diverse customer base by leveraging data and in-depth research to champion user-centric decisions
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation while expanding our growing Design System
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred but not required
- 5+ years of SaaS Software Product Design experience
- A strong portfolio of work that shows you were directly responsible for the success of high impact technical projects and initiatives that have benefited software users
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch etc.
- Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining a design system
- Experience using principles of visual design and information architecture to create easy to use and intuitive user interfaces
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing data and research into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and design solutions
- Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility in system-level decisions
