Graphic Designer / Prepress

The role involves designing and preparing print-ready files for various materials like brochures and banners while collaborating with clients and team members to meet project requirements. Responsibilities

• Design and prepare print-ready files for a variety of projects, including brochures, flyers, and banners
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Perform quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
• Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc.) to create stunning visual content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends and printing techniques to enhance service offerings
• Assist in the prepress process, including color correction and file optimization
• Provide support and training to junior designers as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and prepress production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of printing processes and prepress workflows
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively
• Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for design
