External Graphic Designer

The role involves developing and driving 2D media solutions using IKEA business priorities, design knowledge, and market trends to inspire teams and achieve sales growth and profitability. Responsibilities include designing integrated assets across all media, leading communication production adhering to IKEA style, and coaching internal teams and external agencies on quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with all functions in the Inspiration and Communication department, Selling department and Stores to design and produce integrated assets
- Lead the process of creating and producing communication that conveys the benefits of the IKEA Concept
- Actively support the development and execution of commercial action plans with communication initiatives
- Coach and support internal team members and external agencies in securing high standards of visual balance and consistency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about home furnishing, graphic communication, and retail design trends
Requirements
- Motivation and passion for design and communication
- Graphic design experience in all media
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to inspire others to act
- Knowledge of home furnishing and retail design trends
