- Participate in and shape every part of the product development process, from idea inception to production
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership to create incredible user experiences
- Develop and maintain the design system and brand assets
- Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences
- Iterate on and improve design standards, tooling, and processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design roles
- Obsession with understanding and serving users and making their lives better
- Demonstrated first principle thinking and mastery of fundamental design principles
- Experience operating in ambiguous environments solving complex user problems
- Ability to balance blue sky creativity and dedication to craft with bias to action
